Behind our concept is Sushi Forest’s owner and an artist Rain Lin, who has built a long career in designing fashion, interior, and is also a painter. Her philosophy is that food can be an overall experience that one can also enjoy visually. This can be achieved by combining eastern and western culture, space and different elements in a new way.
